The other day, I was talking with a physician recruiter who was concerned that PhysEmp’s Active Physicians Database of opt-in, job-seeking candidates was “easy for other recruiters to scoop.” By that, she meant that unscrupulous recruiters might subscribe to our database simply to “scoop” all of our physician data and then add it to their own database and market those overworked leads to other recruiters.
